Codeage Methylfolate B-Complex+ (120 capsules) provides per serving of 2 capsules 800 mcg folate (as Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt), 30 mg riboflavin (as riboflavin-5-phosphate), 15 mg vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and 1000 mcg vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin). The formula also contains 600 mg betaine (as trimethylglycine). The capsules are easy to take with water and can be used with or without food. One pack of 120 capsules contains 60 servings, sufficient for about 2 months of daily use at 2 capsules a day.
