Goli Nutrition is a US brand that made its name with the first apple cider vinegar gummy. One ACV gummy holds 500 mg of apple cider vinegar powder, plus beetroot, pomegranate and vitamin B12. The gummies are set with pectin from fruit peel instead of gelatin, which makes them suitable for vegans. The label suggests 1 to 2 gummies, up to three times a day.
Two honest points before you order. Apple cider vinegar itself has no health claim approved by the European food safety authority (EFSA), so nobody can promise you a result from it. The permitted claim sits with the added vitamin: vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Second, each gummy contains about 2 g of organic cane sugar, so six gummies a day means roughly 12 g of added sugar. If acetic acid is your main reason for taking it, liquid apple cider vinegar supplements give you more per serving for less money.
The range goes well beyond ACV
