Goli Nutrition

What is actually in a Goli gummy

Goli Nutrition is a US brand that made its name with the first apple cider vinegar gummy. One ACV gummy holds 500 mg of apple cider vinegar powder, plus beetroot, pomegranate and vitamin B12. The gummies are set with pectin from fruit peel instead of gelatin, which makes them suitable for vegans. The label suggests 1 to 2 gummies, up to three times a day.

Two honest points before you order. Apple cider vinegar itself has no health claim approved by the European food safety authority (EFSA), so nobody can promise you a result from it. The permitted claim sits with the added vitamin: vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Second, each gummy contains about 2 g of organic cane sugar, so six gummies a day means roughly 12 g of added sugar. If acetic acid is your main reason for taking it, liquid apple cider vinegar supplements give you more per serving for less money.

The range goes well beyond ACV

Goli formulates for several goals, and the ingredient names tell you more than the flavour does. The relaxation gummy uses KSM-66, a root-only Ashwagandha extract, combined with vitamin D. Supergreens pairs a greens and probiotic blend with artichoke leaf. The 3-in-1 gut gummy names its strain and fibres: DE111, XOS and MCC1849. There are also gummies with magnesium glycinate, creatine monohydrate and beetroot. Chewables always trade some dose for taste, so read the amount per gummy, not the front of the jar.

One UK detail worth knowing: sleep gummies with melatonin are not part of a British range. Here melatonin is a prescription-only medicine and is not permitted in food supplements, so those US products cannot be sold in the UK. If calm and sleep are your goal, look at valerian, lavender or magnesium in chewable gummy form instead.

Why we stock Goli

Goli earns its place with us for one reason: the labels are specific. KSM-66 for the ashwagandha, DE111 for the probiotic gummy, magnesium as glycinate, a stated 500 mg of ACV powder per piece. Named forms and honest amounts are the first thing we check, and plenty of gummies fail that test. Because we are brand-neutral, we also say where the format has limits: the sugar and the modest dose per piece are the price of the taste. We buy straight from the brand and our compliance team checks every label before it goes live. You can read how we select brands.

Goli is a sensible choice if capsules are the reason your supplements stay in the cupboard, or if you simply take a chew more reliably than a tablet. It is a less logical choice when you want a high dose in one serving, or when you keep added sugar low. Give it time as well: with vitamins, judge the effect after two to three weeks of consistent use, not after three days. If you are still weighing things up, compare Goli with every brand we carry first.
