BONO Members is the loyalty programme of BONO B.V., Westeinde 110, 1511 MA Oostzaan, the Netherlands. These terms apply in addition to our general terms and conditions.
You become a member free of charge as soon as you create an account or log in to our webshop. You must be 16 years of age or older. Your membership applies only in the webshop of your own country. Points are personal and non-transferable.
You earn 10 points per £1 you spend on products, after any discounts. Shipping costs and gift cards do not count. For certain actions you receive a one-off bonus of extra points, such as completing your profile, subscribing to the newsletter or writing a review. Which actions qualify is shown on the BONO Members page. If you order without an account, we retain your points. You can use them as soon as you create an account with the same email address. You can view your points and your tier in your account.
From 1,000 points onwards, you can redeem points for a discount code. A minimum order amount applies per discount. The current table is shown on the BONO Members page. A discount code is valid for 12 months. You cannot combine it with other discount codes. Discounts that are automatically applied in the shopping basket, such as the volume discount, do still apply. Points are not money and cannot be paid out.
Your points expire if you do not make a purchase or redeem points for 12 months. Each purchase or redemption resets that period to 12 months.
Your tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) depends on your total spend, excluding shipping costs and after returns and discounts. You retain your tier as long as you place at least one order every 12 months. If you do not, you drop one tier, and your spend is reset to the lower threshold of that tier. We will notify you of this in advance by email. Redeeming points does not affect your tier. The benefits per tier are shown on the BONO Members page. Free products are available while stocks last.
If you provide your date of birth, you will receive a voucher for £5 off around your birthday. You receive the voucher once a year. It is valid on orders of £40 or more, is valid for approximately two weeks and cannot be combined with other discounts. To prevent misuse, you cannot change your date of birth yourself once you have entered it.
If you return a product, we will deduct the points for that product from your balance. If you had already redeemed those points, we will offset this against the points you earn subsequently.
In the event of misuse or fraud, we may correct points, revoke benefits or terminate your membership. Examples include ordering and returning items to obtain points or a tier, or using multiple accounts.
How we use your data is set out in our privacy policy. Providing your health goal is voluntary. If you share it, it counts towards the one-off profile points. You can withdraw your consent at any time via our contact page. You will retain your points.
You can end your membership at any time via our contact page or by deleting your account. Your points will then expire.
We may change the programme or these terms, or end the programme. If a change is disadvantageous to you, or if we end the programme, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or on the website. You can then end your membership, and during that period you can still redeem your points.
