The present terms and conditions also apply to agreements with Bono for whose implementation third parties need to be involved.

The offered items are displayed and/or described on the website and/or in written offers as clearly as possible and possess the characteristics mentioned by Bono in the offer.
All images and specifications in the offer are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or termination of the agreement.
Images of products are an accurate representation of the offered products. Bono cannot guarantee that the displayed packaging is an exact match to the packaging of the products.
The website clearly indicates what the customer owes upon purchase and what his rights and obligations are if he accepts the offer.
Bono is entitled to change and modify the offer.
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the customer of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions set.
Bono delivers according to the information provided by the customer during the order process. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ordering the correct products.
Regardless of the method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of the order, Bono reserves the right not to execute orders or to do so at a later time.
All prices are subject to typing and printing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of typing and printing errors. In case of typing and printing errors, Bono is not obliged to deliver the product according to the incorrect price.
Bono does its utmost to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed -either due to temporary unavailability or for any other reason- or if an order cannot be executed or can only be executed partially, the customer will be notified no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to terminate the agreement without incurring any cost. The customer is not entitled to compensation.
The delivery address is the one that the customer has communicated to Bono.
All delivery times are indicative. The customer cannot derive any rights from any mentioned delivery times. Exceeding a term does not entitle the customer to compensation.
In case of termination in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article, Bono will refund the amount paid by the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after termination.
If the delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, Bono will make an effort to provide a replacement item. It will be clearly and understandably communicated that a replacement item is being delivered at the latest at the time of delivery. The right of withdrawal cannot be excluded for replacement items. The costs of any return shipment will be borne by Bono.
Bono bears the risk of damage or loss of the items during shipping to the customer, except when the customer enters the wrong address. In case of an incorrect address entry by the customer, Bono is not liable for the loss and is not obliged to provide any compensation under any circumstances. Once the items have been received by the customer, the risk of damage and loss is transferred to the customer. If one or more items are lost, the customer is obliged to cooperate in the investigation upon first request. If the customer does not fulfill this obligation, Bono is entitled to recover the price of the items from the customer.
In all purchases, the customer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving reasons during a 14-day period (right of withdrawal). This reflection period starts the day after the customer, or a representative designated by the customer and made known to Bono, has received the product.
During the reflection period, the customer will handle the product and the packaging carefully.
After the customer has indicated that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days.
The returned items must not be used or damaged. The customer must also comply with all conditions for return shipment. The costs of the return shipment are at the customer's expense. After receipt of the shipment and approval by Bono regarding the condition of the products, the customer's money will be refunded within 14 days.
If the customer has not made it known that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal within the periods mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 3, or has not returned the product to Bono, the purchase is a fact.
For items that the customer sends on their initiative, the shipping costs are at the customer's expense. In that case, Bono is not liable for damage incurred during transport.
By placing an order, data is stored in the Bono personal registration. The stored personal data will be provided to the customer for inspection upon written request. The corrections communicated by the customer will be processed in the registration unless the corrections prove to be incorrect.
Without lawful reasons or beyond the purpose of its personal registration, Bono will not provide third party data that would jeopardize the privacy of the customer.
Bono has a sufficiently publicized complaint procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaint procedure.
Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Bono, fully and clearly described within 7 days after the customer has discovered the defects.
Complaints submitted to Bono will be answered within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Bono will respond within a period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more comprehensive answer.
If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution process.
In case of complaints, the customer should first contact Bono. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
A complaint does not suspend Bono's obligations, unless Bono indicates otherwise in writing.
If Bono deems a complaint to be justified, Bono, at its discretion, will replace or repair the delivered products free of charge.
Agreements between Bono and the customer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Bono accepts no liability for the consequences of typographical errors on the website or other forms of media.
By placing an order, every customer unconditionally agrees to the above sales conditions without reservation.
The following additional terms apply to customers from countries within Europe.
Local laws and regulations may apply to orders shipped to customers outside the Netherlands. Bono is not responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be incurred. The customer is responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations, and for payment of any taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with their order.
For orders placed by customers outside the Netherlands, Bono cannot guarantee the delivery time due to potential delays in customs clearance and other factors beyond control. Nevertheless, Bono will fulfill its obligation to deliver the order according to the specified shipping method.
Customers outside the Netherlands may be subject to a longer reflection period than the standard 14 days, based on local laws and regulations. If the local laws require a longer reflection period, Bono will comply with the applicable laws.
Complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, and in compliance with the European Union's regulations on consumer rights, may be referred to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr for resolution.
If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are found to be in conflict with mandatory or applicable law, the remaining clauses will remain fully in force. In such cases, the parties will negotiate a replacement provision that is in line with the original provision as closely as possible while complying with the applicable law.
By placing an order for delivery outside the Netherlands, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these additional terms and conditions, as well as the general terms and conditions provided above.
