Ten Percent Club

Ten Percent Club is a British supplement brand, started in 2022 by Luke O'Reilly and run from Cambridgeshire. The name comes from the idea of an extra ten percent: better sleep, sharper focus, steadier recovery, rather than one dramatic change. The range grew inside professional sport. Footballers and boxers bought it as ordinary customers first, and the brand later became the official supplement partner of Matchroom Sport.

A range built around single goals

Most products are capsules, powders or gummies with short ingredient lists. Each one is named after the job it is meant to do, so you rarely have to decode a blend. Brain Boost is a standalone lion's mane product. Cardio+ is built around cordyceps, the same mushroom you will find in our wider selection of cordyceps supplements. Energy & Immunity covers daily basics, and Cordyceps Coffee simply combines ground coffee with the mushroom.

Unwind & Sleep is the product most people try first. It puts ashwagandha, L-theanine, tart cherry and zinc into one evening capsule. If you would rather take the herb on its own and adjust the dose yourself, compare it with single-ingredient ashwagandha capsules. Under UK and EU rules no health claim is authorised for ashwagandha or lion's mane, so we tell you what is in the capsule and leave the promises out.

On the hydration side there are electrolyte sticks and magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and it contributes to normal muscle function. If you train in heat or sweat heavily, it is worth putting these next to our other electrolyte powders before you decide.

What Informed Sport certification actually tells you

Products in this range carry the Informed Sport mark. Every batch is screened at an accredited laboratory for more than 250 substances banned in sport before it is released, and retail stock is blind tested afterwards. For anyone in a drug-tested sport, that is the difference between hoping and checking. The limit is worth stating plainly: the mark is about contamination risk, not about how well an ingredient works. Check the batch number on your bottle in the Informed Sport database if you compete.

Why we carry Ten Percent Club

We buy directly from the brand, with no intermediaries, so what arrives with you is authentic. What convinced us is the format: single-purpose products with short ingredient lists, where you can see the ingredient and the dose instead of a vague blend. Every batch tested before release matters for the athletes who shop with us, and it says something about how the brand works day to day. Our compliance team checks each product before it goes live, we try products ourselves, and independent labs spot-check batches. You can read how we select brands and products.

Who this range suits

It fits people who already train and want small, targeted additions: one capsule in the evening, one on training days, electrolytes when sessions get sweaty. It costs more than a supermarket mushroom capsule, and part of that price is batch testing rather than the powder itself. If you are only after a basic multivitamin, this is more product than you need. Give any of the capsule blends two to three weeks of consistent use before you judge them, and keep one variable at a time so you can tell what is doing what.
