The label usually allows one to three tablets a day. Start with one and stay there for two to three weeks before you change anything, because that is roughly how long it takes to notice a difference. Magnesium is absorbed slightly better when you take it apart from a large mineral-rich meal. Many people take it in the evening simply because that fits their routine; there is no rule saying you must. Spreading two tablets over the day is usually gentler on the stomach.

A large part of the range is vegan or vegetarian, and many products are made without gluten, lactose, sugar, yeast, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
