Vitals Every Day 50+ (60 capsules) contains a broad composition of vitamins and minerals, specially formulated for men and women aged 50 and over. The formula contains the active forms of vitamin B2, B6, B12 and folic acid (Quatrefolic®). 85 mg of choline (VitaCholine®) has also been added. Vitamin D3 is derived from a plant-based source (Vitamin D3V®) and provides 35 mcg per capsule. In addition, the capsule contains 45 mcg vitamin K1 and 90 mcg vitamin K2 (K2VITAL™ DELTA). Calcium and magnesium are sourced from Aquamin®, supplemented with boron and silicon (MESOPOROSIL®). Furthermore, lutein, zeaxanthin, meso-zeaxanthin, lycopene, Q10, alpha-lipoic acid, hesperidin and pterostilbene have been added to the formula.

What is the difference between folic acid and 5-MTHF (Quatrefolic®)?
Folic acid is a synthetic form that the body must first convert into 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Quatrefolic® is a form of 5-MTHF that is already present in the converted, active form.
What is the difference between vitamin D2 and vitamin D3?
Vitamin D2 is derived from yeasts and mushrooms, whereas vitamin D3 is usually of animal origin. This product contains a plant-based form of vitamin D3 (Vitamin D3V®), extracted from the algae Dunaliella salina.
What is K2VITAL™ DELTA?
K2VITAL™ DELTA is a brand name for a specific form of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), which is stabilised using micro-encapsulation in combination with calcium and magnesium.
What is Aquamin®?
Aquamin® is a brand name for calcium and magnesium derived from a red algae (Lithothamnion sp.) found in the waters around Iceland.
What is MESOPOROSIL®?
MESOPOROSIL® is a brand name for a specific form of silicon, developed to dissolve well and be easily processed in tablets and capsules.
What are lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin?
These are three related carotenoids, plant pigments naturally found in leafy green vegetables and colourful vegetables and fruit. In this product they are derived from Tagetes erecta.
What is lycopene?
Lycopene is a carotenoid that naturally occurs in tomatoes and is responsible for their red colour.
