Vitals Every Day Tablets (30 or 90 tablets) contains a broad-spectrum formula with vitamins, minerals and additional nutrients in a daily dose of 1 tablet. The composition includes vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D3V®, vitamin K1 and K2, biologically active B vitamins, calcium, magnesium and zinc. In addition, the formula contains carotenoids from Tagetes erecta such as lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin, combined with Q10 and citrus bioflavonoids. What is the difference between folate and folic acid?
Folate is the natural form of vitamin B11 found in foods such as green leafy vegetables, legumes and avocado. Folic acid is the synthetic form often used in supplements and fortified foods. In this supplement, 5-MTHF glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®) has been chosen.

These are natural carotenoids derived from Tagetes erecta (marigold), a plant with yellow-orange flowers. Carotenoids give plants their yellow, orange and red color.
