Folate is the natural form of vitamin B11 found in foods such as leafy green vegetables, legumes and avocado. Folic acid is the synthetic form often used in supplements and fortified foods. In this supplement, 5-MTHF glucosamine salt (Quatrefolic®) is used.

Vitamin K1 is mainly found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, while vitamin K2 is chiefly found in fermented foods such as natto. This supplement contains both vitamin K1 and vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7).

Vitamin D2 is mainly found in mushrooms and yeasts, while vitamin D3 occurs primarily in animal foods such as oily fish and eggs. This formula uses vegan vitamin D3V®.

Biologically active forms are vitamins in a form that is directly present in the body, such as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate for vitamin B6 and methylcobalamin for vitamin B12.

Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a fat-soluble substance naturally present in foods such as meat, fish and nuts.

These are natural carotenoids derived from Tagetes erecta (marigold), a plant with yellow-orange flowers. Carotenoids give plants their yellow, orange and red colors.
