Vitals Every Day Sport (90 tablets) contains a broad composition of vitamins and minerals, specially formulated for people with an active lifestyle. The formula is supplemented with Q10, lutein, zeaxanthin and meso-zeaxanthin, and provides, among other things, 25 mcg vitamin D3 from a plant-based source (Vitamin D3V®). In addition, the tablet contains 37.5 mcg vitamin K1 and 75 mcg vitamin K2 (K2VITAL™ DELTA). Calcium and magnesium are sourced from Aquamin®, with 150 mg calcium and 100 mg magnesium per tablet. Silicon (MESOPOROSIL®) is also part of the formula, at 3 mg per tablet. The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, to be taken with a meal and water.
