Vitals Every Day Platinum (60 tablets) is a multivitamin and mineral formula with two tablets per day. Per daily dose, it provides 300 mg vitamin C, 50 mcg vitamin D3, 40 mcg vitamin B12 and 170 mg choline, among others. The formula also contains 200 mg calcium, 100 mg magnesium and 300 mg potassium, as well as 20 mcg vitamin K1 and 180 mcg vitamin K2. In addition, lutein, zeaxanthin, meso-zeaxanthin, lycopene, taurine, acetyl-L-carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, Q10 and grape seed extract have been added. The tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. A pack of 60 tablets lasts for about 1 month at a dose of 2 tablets per day.
