Bonusan Vitamin B-50 Complex (60 or 200 capsules) contains the complete spectrum of B vitamins, each in a generous dosage. The formula is supplemented with choline (as VitaCholine®), inositol, and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid). In addition, the product contains active forms of vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid, including Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF). The supplement is suitable for people who consciously opt for a broadly composed B-complex formula. Due to the generous amount per capsule, one capsule per day is usually sufficient.
