Bonusan Riboflavin Complex (120 capsules) combines vitamin B2 (riboflavin) with magnesium, in the forms of citrate and bisglycinate. In addition, the formula contains flush-free vitamin B3 and various active B vitamins, including active vitamin B6, folic acid and B12. Vitamin D3 is also included in the formula. The formula is further supplemented with feverfew extract (Tanacetum parthenium) and ginkgo biloba extract, both standardised to specific active ingredients. Each daily dose of 5 capsules provides, among other things, 200 mg vitamin B2 and 400 mg magnesium. You take the 5 capsules daily, during or shortly after a meal.
