When do people choose melatonin?
Melatonin is often chosen by people with a changing sleep pattern, for example due to travelling across different time zones, irregular working hours, or a shifting day and night rhythm.
What does liposomal mean?
Liposomal means that a substance, such as melatonin, is encapsulated in small fat bubbles (liposomes). This technology is used to allow it to be absorbed by the body in a different way than with a regular formula.
What is lemon balm?
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a plant from the mint family, whose aerial parts are used for extracts in food supplements.
What is TINYsphere®?
TINYsphere® is a brand name for a specific liposomal technology used to process ingredients such as melatonin in a spray.
Why is the spray held under the tongue before swallowing?
According to the instructions, the spray is held under the tongue for up to 1 minute before being swallowed.
What should you pay attention to when using melatonin?
It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dosage. If in doubt, or if you use medicines, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, always consult a doctor or healthcare professional first.
