Can you use melatonin every night, or only occasionally?
Melatonin is often used for a short period, for example during long journeys or temporary need. For daily use longer than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek advice from a specialist.
Are there disadvantages to using melatonin?
Melatonin is generally well tolerated, but some people may experience slight drowsiness the next morning. Melatonin 4 mg is not suitable for children, during pregnancy/breastfeeding and when taking certain medicines. Correct use of melatonin is important; please read the recommendations on the packaging.
Does light exposure in the evening affect the natural production of melatonin?
Exposure to bright light, especially blue light from screens, can suppress melatonin production. A dark bedroom and avoiding screens in the evening support the natural rhythm.
What is liposomal technology?
Liposomal technology is a form of delivery in which an ingredient is incorporated into very small fatty particles (liposomes). This technique is used in liquid supplements as part of the formulation.
What does nano-emulsion mean with melatonin?
A nano-emulsion is a very fine liquid distribution of ingredients, resulting in a clear and uniform formula. This is used as an advanced liquid delivery form.
