Vuzïmo B-Complex+ (60 capsules) contains the eight B vitamins: vitamin B1 (as thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium), vitamin B3 (as nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (as D-calcium pantothenate), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), folic acid (as Quatrefolic®), vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin) and biotin, supplemented with uridine monophosphate and citicoline. One serving of 2 capsules provides, among other things, 100 mg vitamin B3, 400 mcg folic acid, 400 mcg vitamin B12, 25 mg uridine monophosphate and 25 mg citicoline. With just 2 capsules per day, the product is easy to take with a meal. A pack contains 60 capsules and, at this dosage, lasts about 1 month. The product is suitable for vegans.
