Viridian High B5 Complex + Vitamin C (90 capsules) combines all B vitamins with a higher amount of vitamin B5 and vitamin C from magnesium ascorbate. Each capsule contains 200 mg of vitamin B5, 50 mg of vitamin B3, 20 mg of vitamin B1, 20 mg of vitamin B2 and 12 mg of vitamin B6, supplemented with 200 mcg of biotin, 200 mcg of folic acid and 20 mcg of vitamin B12. In addition, the formula contains 188 mg of vitamin C, inositol and choline. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day with a meal, meaning the pack lasts for about 90 days, or 3 months.
