Each capsule provides 495 mg of naturally sourced vitamin C from corn, supplemented with 27.5 mg citrus bioflavonoids and 27.5 mg fatty acids. For adults, the recommended dosage is 1 to 3 capsules per day with a meal, so the pack lasts approximately 20 to 60 days.
