Viridian High Twelve™ B12 Complex (30 or 90 capsules) contains 500 mcg of vitamin B12 per capsule, divided into 250 mcg methylcobalamin and 250 mcg adenosylcobalamin. Additionally, the formula contains vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, biotin, folic acid, choline and inositol. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that, unlike nicotinic acid, generally does not cause flushing. The supplement is available in packs of 30 and 90 vegetable capsules.
