Viridian Vitamin K2 100 mcg (60 capsules) contains vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This vitamin K2 is sourced in Italy from fermented cultures of Bacillus subtilis natto, the bacterium also used in making the Japanese dish natto. Each capsule provides 100 mcg of vitamin K2, in a base of alfalfa (Medicago sativa), spirulina and blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus). The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day with a meal, meaning the packaging will last about 60 days. The capsules are suitable for vegans.
