Viridian Vitamin D3 & K2 Liquid (50 ml) contains per ml 50 µg vitamin D3 and 100 µg vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The vitamin D3 comes from a plant-based source (lichen) and vitamin K2 from fermented natto. The liquid formula is dissolved in sunflower oil with natural orange flavor. Thanks to the dropper pipette, the dosage is easy to adjust and to add to food or drink.
Vitamin D occurs in two forms: D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol). D2 is usually derived from plant sources such as fungi, while D3 is found in animal products or from plant sources like lichens. Supplements often opt for D3.
