Viridian Calcium Magnesium Boron Powder (150g) combines the minerals calcium, magnesium and boron with vitamin C in a powder for daily use. One full teaspoon of 5 grams contains 800 mg calcium from calcium carbonate and calcium citrate, 350 mg magnesium from magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate, 500 mg vitamin C as ascorbic acid and 2 mg boron as sodium borate, in a base of malic acid. The recommended dose is 1 teaspoon per day, dissolved in a small glass of water and drunk immediately, allowing the pack to last for around 30 days. This product is suitable for vegans.

Why does the pack not seem completely full?

In which foods is calcium found?
Calcium occurs naturally in, among others, milk, cheese, yoghurt, green leafy vegetables like kale, almonds, sesame seeds, pulses, and tofu.
What is the difference between calcium carbonate and calcium citrate?
In calcium carbonate, calcium is bound to carbonate, a compound also found in limestone and eggshells. In calcium citrate, calcium is bound to citrate, derived from citric acid. Calcium carbonate contains more calcium per gram, while calcium citrate dissolves better in water.
What is sodium borate?
Sodium borate is a compound of boron with sodium and oxygen. It is the form in which boron is processed in this powder.
What is ascorbic acid?
Ascorbic acid is the chemical name for vitamin C. Vitamin C occurs naturally in, among others, citrus fruits, kiwis, peppers, broccoli, and strawberries.
