Codeage Fermented Enzymes+ (90 capsules) contains per capsule 609 mg of a fermented organic botanical blend, including apple cider vinegar, black pepper, ginger, and turmeric. In addition, the formula contains 83 mg of an enzyme-producing bacteria blend, with a content of 1 billion CFU at production. The capsule also contains three separate enzyme blends: one with enzymes often taken after proteins, fats, and lactose, one focused on carbohydrates and one on high-fibre foods. Finally, there is a smaller blend with alpha-galactosidase and beta-glucanase. The capsules are easy to take with water, requiring only 1 capsule per day. One package of 90 capsules lasts for about 3 months.
