Vitals Ultimate Fibre Blend (217 grams) is a broad and versatile fibre complex with fibres from four different natural sources. The mix contains guar bean fibres Sunfiber®, supplemented with Inavea™, a combination of soluble fibres from the gum of the acacia tree and the fruit of the baobab. It also contains an innovative fibre called Benicaros®. This product is intended for people who want to supplement their diet with a wide range of fibre types. The powder dissolves easily in water, juice, or yogurt. Ultimate Fibre Blend is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Which fibres are in Vitals Ultimate Fibre Blend?
The blend contains four fibres: guar bean fibres (Sunfiber), baobab and acacia fibres (Inavea), and carrot fibres (Benicaros). All four are plant-based and soluble.
Why use a fibre supplement if I can just eat more vegetables?
The recommended intake is 30 to 40 grams of fibre per day. The average Dutch person only gets about 20 grams. This product helps bridge the gap alongside a varied diet.
What is the best way to use Ultimate Fibre Blend?

No, fibres can delay or reduce the absorption of medications (including the contraceptive pill). Always maintain 1 to 2 hours between taking medication and this product.
