Viridian Vitamin D3 (Vegan) 400 IU (90 capsules) contains vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol, derived from lichen. Each capsule provides 10 mcg (400 IU) of vitamin D3. For adults, the recommended dosage is 1 to 3 capsules per day with a meal, allowing you to easily adjust the amount to your own preference and making the package last for around 30 to 90 days. Because the vitamin D3 is obtained from lichen instead of wool fat, the capsules are suitable for vegans.

What is vitamin D3?
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin that naturally occurs in certain foods such as oily fish and eggs. In addition, vitamin D3 is available as a food supplement.
In which foods can vitamin D be found?

Lichen is an organism consisting of a natural collaboration between a fungus and an alga or cyanobacterium. It is used as a plant-based source for vegan vitamin D3.
Why do you take vitamin D3 with a meal?
