Viridian Multivitamin ViridiKid (90 capsules) contains vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin D3, B vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iodine. The formula includes iron as bisglycinate, vitamin C as magnesium and calcium ascorbate, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. The small plant-based capsules are easy to swallow or can be opened to mix the contents with juice or lukewarm food. The dosage can be adjusted according to the child's age.
