Viridian Curcumin Co-Q10 (60 capsules) combines turmeric extract with co-enzyme Q10 and MCT from coconut oil. Each capsule contains 100 mg organic turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa), standardised to 85% curcuminoids, 100 mg co-enzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone and 100 mg MCT. The turmeric is sustainably grown on a small-scale farm in South India. As co-enzyme Q10 and curcuminoids are fat-soluble substances, the formula is combined with MCT, a fat source derived from coconut oil. The recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day with a meal, so the pack lasts about 30 to 60 days.

The turmeric extract has a fixed content of 85% curcuminoids. So from the 100 mg extract per capsule, 85 mg is curcuminoids. This ensures the composition remains the same between different batches.
What is co-enzyme Q10?
Co-enzyme Q10, also known as CoQ10 or ubiquinone, is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance. It is present in small amounts in foods and is also available as a dietary supplement.
In which foods is co-enzyme Q10 found?
Co-enzyme Q10 occurs naturally in, among others, oily fish, meat, broccoli, cauliflower, oranges, strawberries and peanuts.
What is MCT?
MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides. These are fats with fatty acid chains of medium length, which naturally occur in, among other things, coconut oil and dairy products.
