Viridian Co-enzyme Q10 & MCT 30 mg (30 capsules) contains co-enzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone, combined with MCT from coconut oil. Each capsule provides 30 mg of co-enzyme Q10 and 100 mg of MCT, in a base of alfalfa (Medicago sativa), spirulina and blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus). Because co-enzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble substance, it is combined in this formula with MCT, a fat source derived from coconut oil. The recommended dose is 1 to 3 capsules per day with a meal, meaning the pack lasts about 10 to 30 days. The vegan capsules can be swallowed whole or opened and mixed with cold food or drink, making the product practical for daily use by adults and young people from 16 years old.
