Nature's Answer Norwegian cod liver oil liquid (473 ml) contains 4450 mg of cod liver oil per teaspoon (5 ml). Each serving also naturally provides omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA, and contains vitamin A, vitamin D3, and vitamin E. The liquid formula can be taken directly or mixed with water or juice. Lemon and lime oils are added for taste.
