NORSAN Omega-3 Arktis Capsules (120 capsules) contain natural cod liver oil from sustainably caught wild cod as a source of omega-3 fatty acids. A daily dose of 6 capsules (2 × 3 capsules) provides 1500 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 560 mg EPA, 730 mg DHA and 65 mg DPA. What is the difference between EPA, DHA and DPA?
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and DPA (docosapentaenoic acid) are different omega-3 fatty acids that naturally occur in fish oil and cod liver oil. EPA and DHA are the most common forms, whilst DPA is usually present in smaller amounts.
Where is vitamin E naturally found?
Vitamin E is naturally found in vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, avocado and green leafy vegetables. In this formula, vitamin E is used in the form of mixed tocopherols.
Why do you take omega-3 capsules with a meal?
