Viridian High Potency Digestive Aid (30 capsules) contains per capsule 100 mg betaine hydrochloride, 75 mg organic ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale), and 75 mg peppermint leaf powder (Mentha × piperita). Each capsule also contains four enzymes: 80 mg amylase, 16 mg lipase (35,000 FIP/g), 15 mg protease, and 10 mg amyloglucosidase. For adults, the recommended dosage is 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times a day, each time 30 minutes before a meal, making the pack last approximately 10 to 30 days. The capsules are suitable for vegans and should be swallowed whole.
