Viridian Glucosamine & MSM Complex (90 capsules) contains 700 mg vegan glucosamine sulphate and 125 mg MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) per capsule. Glucosamine sulphate is a form of glucosamine where glucosamine is bound to sulphate, and MSM is an organic sulphur compound. For adults, the recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules per day during a meal, so the package lasts about 15 to 30 days. You can swallow the vegan capsules whole or open them and mix them into cold food or drinks, which makes the product convenient for daily use.
What is glucosamine?
Glucosamine is an amino sugar, a compound of a sugar and an amino group. It is a building block of chitin, the material that makes up, among other things, the shells of crustaceans and the cell walls of fungi.

The designation 2KCl means that the glucosamine sulphate is stabilised with potassium chloride. KCl is the chemical formula for potassium chloride and the number 2 indicates the ratio in the compound.
