Bonusan Relaxonyl Expert (60 or 200 capsules) is a herbal formula with seven standardized plant extracts. The formula contains, among others, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Panax ginseng, Rhodiola rosea, and Ginkgo biloba. In addition, Eleutherococcus senticosus and Schisandra chinensis are also included in the composition. These herbs have long been used in various traditional herbal practices, including Ayurveda and other herbal traditions.
