What is 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia?
5-HTP is a substance naturally found in the seeds of the Griffonia simplicifolia plant, which mainly grows in West Africa. In this formula, an extract of the seed is used, standardized to at least 20% 5-HTP.
