Other ingredients: None Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish. Produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Mix one and a half level teaspoons of the powder in at least 5 liters of cold water or clear liquid. Add the powder slowly while stirring. Take once daily with meals. Pure calcium and magnesium citrate powders may increase the temperature of liquids on contact; therefore, the recommended serving should be mixed in at least 1.5 liters of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction beforeóór ingestion.
