Choosing between an alcohol-free and a fluoride mouthwash
Mouthwash is a liquid you swish around your mouth for about 30 seconds and then spit out. It reaches the tongue, cheeks and gum line, the areas a brush touches least. It is an addition to brushing and cleaning between your teeth, never a replacement for either.
Cosmetic rinses and fluoride rinses do different jobs
