The key dates

• Up to and including Tuesday 8 September: everything runs as usual.
• Wednesday 9 to Sunday 13 September: we are moving. You can still place orders as normal, but shipping takes 1 to 4 working days longer.
• From Monday 14 September: we expect our normal delivery time again.

Why we are moving

BONO has grown fast over the past few years. Since 2014 we have helped more than 1.5 million customers and shipped over 3 million parcels, and our range now counts more than 4,000 products from 50+ brands. Our current warehouse is full. To keep growing and to keep sending your order quickly and reliably, we are moving to a bigger warehouse with more space and more capacity.

What you will notice

Between Wednesday 9 and Sunday 13 September all products move to the new warehouse. You can still place orders as normal, but packing and shipping will take a bit longer than you are used to during those days. Allow for 1 to 4 extra working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace as always. From Monday 14 September we expect to be delivering at our normal pace again.

What stays the same

Only our warehouse location is changing. Everything else stays as it was:

• Your account. Your login details and your order history stay unchanged. You do not need to create a new account.
• Our prices. The move does not change any prices.
• Your delivery address. We deliver to the same address, with the same carriers.
• Returns. You keep your cooling-off period and the return conditions stay the same.

What you get out of it

The move brings you a few concrete benefits:

• More delivery options. We can offer you more choice in how and where you receive your order.
• Faster and more reliable delivery. A more modern warehouse means shorter lead times and more consistent delivery, in every country where we are active.
• More products in stock. More space means we can hold larger stock of more products, so fewer sold-out items.
• Ready for the future. We can add new brands and products faster and expand further across Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order as normal during the move?
Yes. The webshop stays open. Only shipping takes 1 to 4 working days longer between Wednesday 9 and Sunday 13 September.

What happens to an order I have already placed?
We will send it as planned. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track and trace as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Should I order extra now?
No. This is a delay of a few days. From Monday 14 September we expect to be delivering at our normal pace again.

Do prices change because of the move?
No. Prices stay the same.

Do I need to create a new account?
No. Your account, your login details and your order history stay unchanged.

A little more patience

We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Do you know your order falls in this period? Then you do not need to do anything: your parcel is on its way and you will automatically receive the shipping confirmation with track and trace. That way we keep our customer service free for people who really do have a problem.
