No single brand is the best at everything. That is why we bring together 4,000+ supplements from 50+ brands. Every product goes through three steps before we sell it.

Brand selection
The first step is the strictest: we only sell brands we would give to our own family. There are five conditions, and a brand only gets in if it meets all five. For every brand, we record how production is organised and which certifications it holds.
Our conditions
- Official partnership: we buy directly from the brand itself
- The brand has its products tested by independent laboratories
- Fully transparent about ingredients and doses
- Fits within The Core 4 by BONO
- Made under recognised quality standards such as GMP, IFS or ISO 22000

Our own checks
We take the second step ourselves, in three ways.
Compliance team
Before a product goes live, we check its origin, label, dosage and certificates. In the warehouse, we record the shelf life and batch number.
Our own team
We try products ourselves and look at the evidence: is the form right, is there research, and does the batch report confirm the label? If we have doubts, we do not include it.
Independent labs
Independent labs test random samples of our batches for content and purity. If something is off, we take the batch off sale.

Coming soon: independent test results
We collect independent test results for supplements and also have products tested by external laboratories ourselves. This gives you more insight into the quality and composition of supplements, so you can make a well-informed choice.

The last step is not up to us, but up to you. After every order, we ask you to review the products, and only products that keep scoring well keep their place.

After every order, we send you an email asking you to review your products. We publish those reviews unfiltered on the product page, even when they are disappointing.
Diamond members test first
Diamond members, the highest status in BONO Members, get new products for free in exchange for an honest review. That review goes on the product page. Become a BONO Member
Bad reviews have consequences
If a product keeps getting bad reviews, we investigate further. If the picture stays negative, we remove it from our range.
