Frequently asked questions
The previous version of this product contained ubiquinol, but for technical reasons switched to ubiquinone in a double dose (200 mg). The body can convert ubiquinone itself into the active form ubiquinol. With 200 mg, the difference in direct availability is compensated.
Hytolive® is rich in hydroxytyrosol, a polyphenol from olives. A good intake is at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol per day, the amount included in this formula.

The amount of active ingredients is too large to fit in one capsule. By dividing the daily dose over two capsules with two meals, you also improve the absorption of the fat-soluble components Q10, vitamin E, and alpha-lipoic acid.
