Viridian Ultimate Beauty Hair, Skin & Nails Complex (30, 60 or 120 capsules) combines ten active ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, MSM and plant extracts. A daily dose of 2 capsules contains, among other things, 950 mg MSM, 180 mg vitamin C from magnesium and zinc ascorbate, 15 mg zinc, 10 mg iron as iron bisglycinate, 100 mcg selenium, 500 mcg biotin and 1 mg copper as copper citrate. The formula also contains beta-carotene from the microalga Dunaliella salina, pine bark extract (Pinus massoniana) and grape seed extract, both standardised to 95% OPC, and horsetail extract (4:1) as a source of silica, in a base of alfalfa (Medicago sativa), spirulina and bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus). You can swallow the capsules whole or open them and mix the contents with cold food or drink.

What is MSM?
MSM stands for methylsulfonylmethane, an organic sulphur compound. It occurs naturally in small amounts in vegetables, fruit, grains and milk, among other things.
What is biotin?
Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin, also known as vitamin B8 or vitamin H. It is naturally present in eggs, nuts, seeds, legumes and whole grain products, among other foods.
Why does this product contain vitamin C as magnesium and zinc ascorbate?
Magnesium and zinc ascorbate are buffered forms of vitamin C, where vitamin C is bound to a mineral. These forms are less acidic than ordinary ascorbic acid. In this formula, they also provide 17 mg magnesium and 15 mg zinc per daily dose.
What is OPC?
OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These are plant compounds that occur naturally in grape seeds, pine bark, apples, cocoa and red wine, among others.
What does standardised to 95% OPC mean?
This means that the extract contains a fixed proportion of 95% OPC. Thanks to this standardisation, the composition remains the same across different production batches.
What is Pinus massoniana?
Pinus massoniana, also known as Masson pine, is a pine species native to southern and central China. For this product, an extract of the bark is used.
