Viridian Multivitamin Vegan Essential (90 capsules) contains 27 vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, including vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, iron, zinc, iodine, selenium and vitamin C. The formula contains vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, vitamin D3 from a vegan source and vitamin K2 as MK-7. The supplement also contains, among other things, choline, inositol, beta-carotene and a natural base of alfalfa, spirulina and blueberry. The recommended dosage is one capsule per day, preferably during a meal. Available in packs of 90 plant-based capsules, enough for about 3 months with daily use. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
