Bonusan Silybum-Curcuma extract (60 or 120 capsules) combines extracts of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) and curcuma (Curcuma longa). The milk thistle extract is sourced from the seeds of the plant and is standardized to 80% silymarin. Additionally, the supplement contains the curcuma extract CurcuWIN®, a water-dispersible form containing 20% curcuminoids. By using these extracts, each capsule contains a concentrated amount of characteristic plant compounds from both herbs. The capsule form makes the supplement easy to take, with a recommended use of just a few capsules per day.
