Blueprint Longevity Protein Chocolate (1581 g, 30 servings) is a plant-based protein shake with 26 grams of protein per scoop, derived from pea and hemp protein. The formula also contains flaxseed, non-alkalized cocoa powder, grape seed extract with 90% polyphenols, pomegranate extract with 50% polyphenols, and Ceylon cinnamon. The shake is sweetened with allulose and monk fruit and contains no added sugars.
Within Bryan Johnson's Blueprint protocol, Longevity Protein is used as a daily pre-workout shake. The flavor is creamy and richly chocolate, without unnecessary additives.
