Blueprint Advanced Antioxidants (30 capsules) brings together seven fat-soluble nutrients in one plant-based capsule. Vitamin K1 (phytomenadione) is naturally found in green leafy vegetables. Vitamin K2 is present in two forms in this product: MK-4 (menaquinone-4) and MK-7 (menaquinone-7). MK-7 has a longer half-life in the body than MK-4, making it effective for longer. This product combines all three forms for a broad effect.
No, not without consulting your doctor. This product contains a very high dosage of vitamin K1 and K2 (together more than 7000 µg per capsule). Vitamin K can decrease the effect of coumarin derivatives such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon. Do not use this product if you use anticoagulants, unless your doctor or anticoagulation clinic approves.
