Blueprint Omega-3 (60 capsules) provides 800 mg of omega-3 fatty acids per daily serving, derived from microalgae oil (Schizochytrium sp.). The EPA and DHA are present in a 1:1 ratio: 400 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA. Because the oil is extracted directly from algae and not from fish, there is no fish taste or fish smell.
