MULTI DAY MAMA: Take 1 tablet in the morning. Do not exceed recommended dose. MULTI NIGHT MAMA: Take 1 tablet in the evening. Do not exceed recommended dose. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
