Vitakruid Multi Day & Night Woman (available in 2x30 and 2x90 tablets) is an innovative supplement specially developed for women. The day tablet meets daytime needs, while the night tablet perfectly suits nighttime moments of rest. This multipreparation contains active B vitamins, vitamin D3, easily absorbable iron, and an ancient herb: Shatavari.
Take the day formula in the morning with breakfast and the night formula in the evening with dinner or before going to bed, with sufficient water.
This product is developed for adult women up to the age of 50. From age 50 onwards, we recommend switching to Multi Day & Night Woman 50+.
This formula is tailored to the specific needs of women, for example, addressing iron and folic acid requirements and including a Shatavari extract.
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a plant from the asparagus family traditionally used in Ayurveda. The roots of the Shatavari plant are processed into an extract that is especially used by women.
