Instructions for use

MULTI DAY WOMAN SPORT: Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the morning with breakfast. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age, during pregnancy or lactation. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. MULTI NIGHT WOMAN SPORT: Take 1 tablet per day. Preferably in the evening 2 hours before bedtime. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
