Return requirements

• All products can only be returned if they are unopened and sealed. For example, a jar of supplements must still be sealed to be returned.
• Register your return within 14 days of receipt and send the product back within another 14 days.

Costs and responsibilities

• The cost for a standard return is 9.95, including VAT.
• In the case of incorrect or damaged delivery, BONO will cover the cost, making returns free.
• If you choose your own carrier, the cost is at your own expense.
• For damaged or used products, or if the seal is broken, we reserve the right to charge costs.

Rights and refund

• You have the right to return within 14 days of receipt without reason.
• Refunds take place within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. Return costs of 9.95 may apply.
• We can only issue the refund once we have received the returned product or proof of shipment.
• The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for purchase.

Why BONO charges return fees

• The return fee of 9.95 including VAT partially covers logistical costs and reduces the number of returns.
• It is expected that in the e-commerce sector, the number of returns will increase from 1.5 billion in 2021 to 2.5 billion in 2025, which brings significant financial and ecological consequences.
• Not all returned products can be resold. Returns also require extra logistics and packaging, leading to a larger ecological footprint.
• The purpose of the return fee is to encourage customers to make well-informed purchasing decisions based on our product information, thereby minimizing the need for returns and contributing to a more sustainable future.
