Instructions for use

MULTI DAY: Take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast. MULTI NIGHT: Take 1 tablet in the evening. Preferably 2 hours before bedtime. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.

MULTI DAY: Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age. MULTI NIGHT: Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Dietary supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent.
