Ingredients

MULTI DAY: Vitamins, minerals, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Choline bitartrate, Citrus bioflavonoids, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), Inositol, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), HPC (coating agent), Grape seed extract (OPC), HPMC (coating agent), polyethylene glycol (humectant).

MULTI NIGHT: Vitamins, minerals, microcrystalline cellulose (filler), Passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata), dicalcium phosphate (stabilizer), L-Taurine, DMAE (dimethylethanolamine), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), HPMC (coating agent), polyethylene glycol (humectant).

Instructions for use

MULTI DAY: Take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast. MULTI NIGHT: Take 1 tablet in the evening. Preferably 2 hours before going to bed. Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.

MULTI DAY: Not suitable for children up to and including 3 years old. MULTI NIGHT: Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
